The Chief Performance Office is here to support all State of Vermont employees, managers, and leaders in strengthening processes, solving challenges, and enhancing performance. We offer expert guidance, tools, and recommendations to help you and your team improve how work gets done. While we do not directly facilitate projects, we provide the structure, resources, and insights needed to drive effective solutions.
