Under the authority granted in 3 V.S.A § 2222a(2), the Secretary of Administration is responsible for issuing, rescinding and maintaining Administrative Bulletins. Only those Bulletins appearing on the Secretary’s website (posted below) are officially “in-force”. Current Addendums are listed below the Bulletin to which they apply. Any Bulletin which no longer appears on or has been removed from the Secretary’s website shall be considered rescinded or replaced by policies and procedures other than Administrative Bulletins including Human Resources Personnel Policies and Procedures, Finance & Management Policies, and VISION Procedures. In addition, the Secretary may issue Executive Branch directive memos concerning certain processes and rules to be implemented.
