Bulletins
The Secretary of Administration is responsible for issuing, rescinding and maintaining Administrative Bulletins. Only those Bulletins appearing on the Secretary’s website (posted below) are officially “in-force”. Current Addendums are listed below the Bulletin to which they apply. Any Bulletin which no longer appears on or has been removed from the Secretary’s website shall be considered rescinded or replaced by policies and procedures other than Administrative Bulletins: Human Resources Personnel Policies and Procedures or VISION Procedures.
The bulletins are available in Adobe PDF format, which allows them to retain their formatting. They require the PDF viewer, which is a simple, free plug-in for your web browser.
